Question: Do we have minimums?

Answer: Yes, all orders require minimums. For t shirts it is 24 per order, hoodies it is 24 pieces, sweatsuits it is 12 pieces, all beanies and dad hats are minimums of 24 pieces. 


Question: Do we ship?

Answer: Yes, we ship nationwide.


Question: Do we have a physical location where clients can come in?

Answer: Yes, we are located downtown Los Angeles BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All clients that would like to set up an appointment feel free to contact us.

*Due to COVID-19 our policies have changed for in house appointments, please contact us for more details.


Question: What is your turnaround time?

Answer: Our usual turnaround time is minimum 14 - 21 business days for production then we ship to you from Los Angeles. Business days are Monday-Friday.

*Please note due to COVID-19 we are experiencing longer production turnaround than usual. There can be delays on orders that are not included in the turnaround. Thank you for your patience and business.


Question: Do you offer rush orders?

Answer: Yes we can depending on the order, the rush fee price will depend on how soon you need them and where you are located. Please let us know if it is needed before the order is placed. 


Question: If I’m located in Los Angeles, can I come pick up my order?

Answer: Yes, once your order is completed you are welcome to schedule an appointment for pick up.

* Due to COVID-19 restrictions here in our building we are unable to have clients come in, please contact us if you would like to schedule a pick up and we can arrange one for you.

Question: What kind of file do i need?

Answer: A high resolution png file works best.

Question: If i only have a screenshot of my logo will it work to print on the garments?

Answer: No, we need the actual file of the logo. If a photo is only provided it may affect the quality of the image when we print it. That is your responsibility to have the correct file for your order.


Question: What is the biggest size you go up to?

Answer: We carry up to 4XL in t shirts. Size 3XL for sweatsuits. Plus sizes fees do apply.


Question: Do I get to pick my sizes?

Answer: Yes you pick all of your sizes. S-XL. If the sizes aren’t chosen we will split your order up evenly among the sizes. 


Question: Do you only offer one brand of t shirt or apparel?

Answer: No, we offer many different brands and blends for you to pick from. If there is something specific you are looking for we will try our best to source that similar style.

Question: Do all the items get shipped in the same box if I order embroidery and silk screen pieces?

Answer: Since they are a different process in our system we do often ship them separately. If possible, we will ship them together in the same box.

Question: If I am looking for an order update, where do I go?

Answer: We always recommend our current customers to please send us over an email or give us a call for order updates. We do only have one phone line if the call is missed our phone rep will get to back to you as soon as possible. Our Instagram messages can get high demand at times and we get to each message on there as soon as we can.
